WeaveHealth

I co-founded WeaveHealth, a patient centric platform for storing, organizing, and exporting medical records. My team and I noticed that individuals with chronic illnesses that see many doctors and specialists have a difficult time managing their medical information across multiple hospital networks. WeaveHealth helps to reduce some of the difficulty in navigating the medical system by allowing patients to store all of their medical information in one place.
